how to cope with frustration?
you need to acknowledge the fact that it might not be for you.
if it is, i guess, you just need a little bit more.. time and effort.
deal with it and move on. it's normal to get frustrated but to dwell on it that it affects your well being and daily routine is a whole different thing.
know your strengths and enhance them and you will be productive.
then again, don't take my word for it- i'm an incessantly frustrated person.
just keep yurself busy with other things....like playing cards, watching movies(dvd) ug ayaw kalimot sa pagtagay tagy ginagmay! :P

think thats theres no other way to go but up.. set your mind and make frustrations as motivations to do better the next time
too much expectations will lead to frustration
therefore, do not expect for reward when you've done a little something good..
yahhh..corect.. we get frustrated when we expect too much in ourselves or from others.. so don't expect too much.
learn to let go and face what's reality.. and accept it and move on.
find meaning in everything..
take things positively..
Fill your mind with positive thoughts. Never be discouraged but have faith on yourself.
