    Default Opening a Mini-grocery

Hey there. We are planning on opening up a mini-grocery (in Aliaga, Nueva Ecija) and we have very little knowledge on the particulars.
We will build it in our own place so we won't be renting. How much do you think will we be needing for the start up?
Can you please please help me on looking for possible suppliers? Any help would be highly appreciated..

If you're opening in Nueva Ecija, better find suppliers located in your locality.

Do some research boss ask some owners who already have that type of business, make sure everything is covered and well planned.

a mini grocery store is inventory intensive.. you must establish a system to better keep track of your items.. otherwise you will have a problem figuring out profit
