i need advice on replacing my 3 year old pc. i only have a budget of 20k

hello guys. im planning on replacing my old pc. and i only have a maximum of 20k to spend. not including the pheripherals.

here is my old setup.
processor i3 530
motherboard ecs h55h-m
ram 4 gig
hard drive 2 tb
graphics amd radeon hd6700

i have some questions.
is an 20k budget be enough to buy a significant upgrade replacement?

or can i still spend a bit on my old setup for a better performance? if so do you have any suggestions on what to replace? or buying a new one would be more practical?

and also. if planning to sell my old pc how much would a set up like this be? any "decent" estimates would be much appreciated.

kung ako nimo, palit ka fx 6300 and mobo mga 7500 pesos ra ang duha...ang sobra palit nimo 7950/7870/gtx 760/280x/270x etc..
ayaw palit i5, kaskas ra na kwarta...

Why buy a new board and mobo for more when TS can buy a second hand i5-760 of the same performance for 3-3.5k then a 270x for 10k. even saves him the hassle of reformatting.

ingun sya at first iyang ilisan, pero ug basahon nimog tarong boss, klaro ana ngita syag advice if sa iyang 20k iya nlng eh enhance iyang rig, like changing some hardwares

ok another noob question price wise and performance wise. is "there" a big difference running on the old i3 and buying a new i5?

yep, naa bro example for me sa akong migo nga i5, sauna 2 ka rf window ra iyang mapadagan, mo error nag sobraan, karon kay mo abot nag tag 6 iyang eh open, smooth sya, example lang na hap, kay di man kaau ko sweeto but for performance mao lang na akong eh example kaw nlng sabot kay di ko kamao mo explaing

I don't think they still sell 1st gen i5 socket mobos anymore.

TS, go for ivy or haswell.
