ako gusto ko yun. kailangna kasi ng katawan natin ng vegetables and fruits healthy sa katawan natin yun. dapat unti unti natin sanayain ang katawan natin nakumain ng gulay. pag hnd tayo sanay pwede tayo kumain ng ulam ng may halong gulay e.g beef with brocoli or sandwiches na may gulay tulad ng serve sa starbucks, subway and sandwichguy.
nindot unta kaso lisud kaayo kung inig mata nimo di ka maka buot sa imong sudan kay maoy lutoon sa katabang di man vegetarian ang uban family members mao lisud jud.

In favor ko ani oii. Although magkulang man jud sa protein kung diet lang ang saligan ani, pero daghan naman supplements karon so okay na. Nindot kaayo ni nga practice oii, bilib jud kos mga converts nga na-vegan na kay lisod baya pagbiya sa meats. hehe.
humans are naturally omnivores not herbivores.
practicing vegetarianism from time to time is always a good thing. very good for detox. but in my opinon and experience i really can't last being vegan for any longer than a week. the feeling is great, you feel lighter you BM more regularly but your body hungers for MEAT lots and lots of red bloody juicy steak the smell of grilled chicken, pork over charcoal. the smell the sound of sizzling bacon in the morning sunny side up eggs and sausages! porkchops fried chicken and gravy. baby back ribs and that smokey bbq sauce!!! arghhh stop me now!!!!
no amount of gluten. veggy meat. tofu. textured vegtable protein. can compare the real thing. still a healthy serving of fruits and veggies everyday is very important. ahihihi
btw. persian palate still serves vegetarian dishes and they have a hell of a good samosas.
