* Web development knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser compatibility
* Database and SQL knowledge: PostgreSQL and MySQL.
* Knowledge of open source software
* Good problem solving and debugging skills
* Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
* Object-oriented programming familiarity
* Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize accordingly
* Experience using a source code control system such as Subversion or CVS
* Strong spoken and written English

Must be team and result-oriented, open-minded and flexible
