PLEASE READ:

-I cannot guarantee live arrival for there are a lot of factors to be considered in this matter, but I can guarantee you that all tarantulas are healthy when shipped.
-I pack your orders myself and not just anybody whom I can ask favor. With this, I can assure that everything is proper.
-As soon as I have endorsed the package to the courier company, I don’t have the control anymore as to how they handle it. We cannot do anything but to cross our fingers.
-I protect my name and I value my fellow hobbyists so I don’t just ship for the sake of your orders to arrive whether dead or alive.
-For those who have already ordered from me, they can tell how I pack.
-Some dishonest person can easily manipulate telling me that all specimen didn’t survived for I cant see it myself during unpacking.( not all of course)
- therefore, i dont do replacements nor money back. The best i can do is to give discount for the next order. i might be the one who is selling but to think, we are both buyers taking the same risks.
-If you can only see my collections then you can tell how I take care of each of my tarantulas from slings to adults.
-If in case there will be mislabeled specimens, i claim no responsibility/liability for it.
-There are just too many factors that are beyond our control and I hope you understand it. If in case there are problems, I hope we can settle it in a proper way. thank you!
