it remains to be seen. but i am in favor of letting compton play in the pba. mas maayo pa ni siya mu-tagalog kaysa uban nga mga fil-shams currently playing in the league.

para nako mo create lng ni cya ug controversy sa PBA....wla p mn gani mahuman ron ang issue about sa fil-ams magsugod na sd cla ug lain....and besides compton is a pure blooded american, no room for "all filipino cup". i'm not against him and i know he is a great player and a kind person but i won't buy sa idea with compton playing in the pba.just a thought :mrgreen:

i think comptom is not an american..he's german..pure blooded german but was born in the phils.

bitaw... the main reason why the other pure pinoys dili na maka play sa PBA is because of them..... pero its not that it is wrong, its just nga murag current trend karon ba, nga natural resources nato kay mga foreign investors ang nakinabang jud..... the risk will be high if they let him play, kay basin mang-gawas nya nuon ang uban.....

pero nindot baya jud tan-awon..... lets say adto cya sa ginebra.... kuyog cla ni aducul nga kuyog nya sa MBA ug sa iyang close frend nga c menk..... pero mao lagi, the board has to weigh the scales.....

Pure na si Compton foreigner. That's why he can't play. He will be a naturalized player like Chip Engelland and Dennis Steele. But he has been in the Philippines for so long na he's more Filipino than the Fil-ams we have now. I think it will be fair to let him play but it will certainly create precedence. It means that Norman Black can also play. Hehe.

let him play. pero dapat ma naturalized citizen una cya... sakto sila sardinas ug slakker. eventhough full blooded american na cya, pero he is more filipino than those fil-ams who can't even speak straight tagalog. phew!

..hastilan,si Alex Compton is past is prime in basketball nevetheless, he is more Filipino than most Filipinos in the Philippines because you can see in him his love for our country!.. :mrgreen:
