tell us the reason why lifting weights is important and why every man should lift weights.
i'll start. i lift weights to increase my levels of testosterone. increased levels of testosterone means decrease risk for depression, insomnia, irritability, fatigue, inability to concentrate, and a number of all other things.
and of course, i don't want to feel like a "she male". LOL.
another reason is that i feel energized everytime i lift weights; it's also a simple diversion when i get the blues or when i get so darn mad at someone or something.
