    Default Why Every Man Should Lift Weights!


    tell us the reason why lifting weights is important and why every man should lift weights.

    i'll start. i lift weights to increase my levels of testosterone. increased levels of testosterone means decrease risk for depression, insomnia, irritability, fatigue, inability to concentrate, and a number of all other things.

    and of course, i don't want to feel like a "she male". LOL.

    another reason is that i feel energized everytime i lift weights; it's also a simple diversion when i get the blues or when i get so darn mad at someone or something.

    what about you?

    Because i enjoy keeping fit and weights is a part of the whole process.

    and the alternative is not worth thinking about

    i workout para inig naa outings, confident ko to take off my shirt,,,hahahaha
    and of course para boost sa ako confidence...and also its a way of keeping me healthy

    yup. proper diet combined with good exercise especially weight lifting will increase muscle mass, which will naturally increase your levels of testosterone.

    injury prevention, shoulders, hips and knees,

    joint stability. hmm, what else? functional strength.
