Airguns or Powerful Spring Guns (Not for airsoft)

I am looking for rifles more powerful (maka patay ug animals) pero kanang dili kailangan ug license to own..

I'm considering airgun's pero mas ok unta if spring nga powerful para very minimal costs.

Id appreciate it if someone can help me on this.... what im looking for is similar to this one:

If naa moy ma suggest, where's the best place to buy?

This isn't for airsoft... 600fps or higher ni sya...and metal pellets... will use the gun for a little hunting (shooting rats) and target practice..
