Suggest a good ROUTER to share i-net to 30 computers

Hello

please suggest me(locally available) a good ROUTER capable of handling 30 computers used mainly for gaming (no-video streaming shop).. i ask this because i currently have a 2Mbps ADSL and a Linksys BEFSR41v3 router but when 1 or 2 stations would access a site with some large pictures or download some bits of files, i would have like 200-400ms latency with my internet... some people say its the router... connection is with PLDT

it's simple try to have cascading strategy switch versus router. 2 CISCO switches 2600 series & 1 Router 2800 series.. Your network especially games will be thunder the speed... it's too fast... this is good strategy even your computer at the minimum requirements...
