i would highly suggest the arc S... and i can sell you one (brand new and original) for less than your stated budget. =)
but if u want a more updated android OS, go for the Desire X.

xperia P bro bsig nahan sd ka...i wouldn't recommend xperia arc S kay di mn gud xa upgradable to ICS nya single core rah sad...if ganahan jud ka ug sony TS try sa ila website pra mka pili jud ka ug tarung...
