Self driven? In my opinion, I think you need to stretch a bit with that budget.

wala pako kasuway rent sa puerto princesa, amo gi kuha was package tour and nag commute2 rami

if you're not familiar with that place or not that good in navigation, I think its much better if you get the tour package or just rent a van w/ driver. less hassle, time efficient, convenient, safe
