help.. how to access sites that are blocked by the IT dept in my office

there are some sites that allows you to surf anonymously. try searching "anonymous proxy" in google and try clicking any of the sites listed.

@ice-man - just be careful that the traffic going to those anonymous proxy sites are not noticable or else... it could be grounds for termination... pero barato naman mga internet cafe's ron... why risk your job accessing banned sites from the office?

search for "proxy sites"..... but am sure g block nasad na inyo admin ang mga common proxy sites..... try2 lang...

better ask permission from your IT. They are the ones who control and manage the firewall and router so your internet traffic can't make it.

or better find a cafe where you can access any sites you want.

You can also telnet your way to blocked websites. Go to http://www.grex.org, http://www.arbornet.org/, and http://sdf.lonestar.org/. You ought to be comfortable with lynx/links though. :mrgreen:

Anyways, ice-man, before you do the things that we suggest in here, better review the company's rules and policies again. what you are planning to do might be a violation and lead to sanctions or even termination.

we don't want you to suffer something just for the heck of www.friendster.com
