d ba supplement man gani sa mga karaan ang raw EGG+royal tru orange? kuyaw diay?
taas ang cholesterol sa egg-yolk. pero lately, daghan ko madunggan nga ok ra daw nila everyday 1 egg. basin lain-lain ra gyud ang reaction sa mga tao sa cholesterol. pa-konsulta na lang sa dietician...
actually try asking your doctor first, it will depend also on your body condition. Cause normally a person should consume only at utmost 2 whole eggs per week.
i eat egg everyday pero more on white ko.. since i'm also building my body.. hehehe.. sa akong research.. ang white is mostly protein.. 1:4 ang ratio nako sa yolk ug white.. pero mostly white lang..

egg whites kay good for body builders kay protein man....ayaw na lang kaona ang yolk...
careful sad daw sa quail's eggs...kay imbes mas gamay mas taas daw cholesterol content....ambot lang tinuod ba...na dunggan lang ni nako sad...
