can anyone give me idea how much it will cost
to build a house like this and pila ang sqm sa lot need naku for this?
1 storey lang
tho di paman nuon jud karon maybe 2 years from now..
i hope anyone could help me..

nice ni na design TS, ma fit guro ni sa 150sqm na lot don't know the cost of construction.

ikaw lang nag design2x ani? it seems the application used here was sketch up, naa man na pag kuha sa dimension ana, especially kung ang ratio is 1:1M makuha ra nimo ang sq.m..

but again, better get a lot first, before doing the design..

we already have a lot na for this ideal design unta but i forgot pila ang space sa among lot..thats why ask ko kung pila ang need na space na lot for this.. tnx for the info by the way..

actually huna2 paq sir..cos naglibog jud q ani with the per sqm if para asa lang ni sya bsta mag budget ko..
