Moderator Interviews

Hello folks. I posted this in the moderator forum ...

I was thinking, the site has been around a long time. I've known a lot of you through iSTORYA for a long time. But I don't really know many of you and many of you don't know me ... the way it should be. I was looking at other forums and lots of the non-technical forums publicly celebrate their forum leaders ... rightly so. Someone should do a one by one write up/interview of each of the moderators. Who does writing here now? Does thisbe still do that? We could really stretch this out and do one moderator a month. In fact, thisbe doesn't really even have to do it or any single person. I'm sure members would love to pick the brains of the iSTORYA team.

So seriously, do this. Someone please do it.

My question for the public is, would anyone be interested in interviewing a moderator? Through e-mail, phone, face to face ... or however the moderator is willing to do it. You aren't going to get paid, but you get to stretch your writing and interviewing skills. You get to rub shoulders with a moderator/moderators. You must have some writing skills. I'll go over your work myself. Let's have a little fun and hopefully learn more about each other in the process.

Their willingness would be up to the interviewer and how well you can coax them to answering your questions.

As long as questions are appropriate, I don't see any reason why the mods wouldn't answer.

Someone initiated a similar activity like interviewing moderators and some istoryans way back.. though this, I think, is exclusive for moderators as the title says.

This would be a bit more formal and hopefully more thorough.

Is it all right to write not only on one moderator? Let's say, I have a few favorite ones.
