i agree that there shouldnt be security or traffic enforcers inside their campus or hospitals.

bro your so close minded. as a mayor it is his JOB to oversee what is being earned by the city.

this issue is not about osmena making money, it's about CEBU CITY making money. this is the kind of mentality that we don't prosper.

meet half-way lang siguro na sila oi.. lisod pud kuhaan na mga traffic enforcers ang schools og hospitals.. ang publiko man gud ang majority maapektohan... kana pud hospitals and schools dapat lang pud na sila mohatag what is required by the local government, dagko pa naman na sila income nya strikto raba sa ila mga customers kung dili makabayad... uyon ko ni tomas to put pressure but hopefully dili moabot sa point nga kuhaan niya sa mga enforcers
