eating habits depende sa imo target:
gain = eat daghan, consume lots of protein and carbs.
tone = normal ra kaon, lots of protein.
reduce = eat less.
workout programs depende pd sa target:
gain = more reps, heavy weights and proper execution sa pag alsa.
tone = faster reps execution, light weights, do cardio.
reduce = faster reps execution, light weights, do lots of cardio.
kung wla ka plan mag body builder, e target lng imo muscle nga gusto padak.on like arms or upper part lng sa imo body imo target nga padak-on ang muscle.
BUT kung mag body builder ka in the near future e train tanan nimo muslce para +1000 points ka sa muscle symmetry...

Diet:
Monday to Saturday:
Morning: Oatmeal with non-fat milk para naa taste
AM Snack: Tuna Sandwich or Egg white with tuna
Lunch: Sweet Potato (replacement to rice nako) PLUS (+) grilled skinless chicken breast/Dory Fish or steamed skinless chicken breast/Dory Fish or Mongos/Sprouted Mongo/Cabbage (e puli2x ra nako for the entire week para dili puol.. and if nagwonder mo, i'm not vegetarian, so i don't have that much choices in fiber rich foods gyd)
PM Snack: protein shake and oatmeal
Dinner: same as lunch but at lesser amount nalang plus protein shake or fruit shake usahay
'til now i'm still trying to come up with new food/ingredient combi.. naa ko pang testingan ug sagol na medyo okay ra ang lami, naa uban mura'g failed gyd.. hehe
Sundays: i call it "SIN DAY" so i get to eat/do everything that i've been craving (kaon gamay lechon ba ron hihihi).. in moderation lang nuon, it's more like a reward thingy for me, just to keep me motivated and excited
Workout: So far consistent ko with these schedules since late May
Monday to friday: 12:00NN-1:15PM PRT(noon time break nako) and 5:30-7:00PM PRT or Cardio(depende sad sa pamati-on, if i felt like medyo kapoy akong lawas mag-cardio rako)
Saturday and Sunday: Rest Days
