dili lang kay usa... hehehe (you may delete my post)
bunos... 14th month pay (heheheh)... 1 month vacation (ahihiii)... 1 sack of rice per month (aguyyyyy!)...
insurance worth 2M... break time for 2 hours... company BMW vehicle (libre fuel)... salary $7.00 per hour... OT $10.00 per hour.
pwede sad pilian... my choice would be.... $7/hour.

I'd say 5 top qualities:
1. opportunity for career advancement in the form of trainings.
2. opportunity to advance financially.
3. stability and potential of growth of the company.
4. timely and immediate response to concerns.
5. lastly, benefits that extend to one's family.

- paid overtime and holidays after 90 days
- eligibility for medical , dental , vision insurance after 90 days
- eligiblity for promotion or raise after 90 days

wla man cguro company na in.ana ka nindut ang benefits.. yup there are company na subra pa sa 14th month ang ilang bunos, pero kanang uban kay imposible man cguro na especially kanang dli kaayu dagko na company and average position lang..
ang pinaka simple and nindut kay; do what you want na company.
dli bawal internet, dli bawal mag hubog, etc.
pwedi bsag unsa mosulod basta kng naay meeting kelangan naa jd tanan or naa ray core time na dapat naa tanan ana na time,
basta ang point kay madeliver ang project AND dli maka damage sa property ug integrity sa company,
example kay oversurfing on the net can cause virus or leak of information sa isa ka IT company and thats BAD..
