I think its possible through personal lending but not possible to get it in 1 year. Maybe in 4 years time, with the right attitude, and clientèle, maybe your 50T would reach the 1M mark. You just have to be well connected in order for you to get credit worthy clients, investors and insiders at different banks. Plus an attorney. You should have control also not to be greedy when it comes to lending out money. And also, if you do not spend your interest, you just roll it together with the capital, maybe you could reach the 1M mark. That's why you should have a stable income first before venturing into this biz.
