    Default Amateur DSLR or Digicam Filmmakers


    To those of us with a passion for film making, whether short of feature length, music videos or indie films, or even celebration videos like weddings, birthdays etc, but can't afford high-end video cameras or pro-level DSLR cameras with video accessories, I thought it would be great to open up a thread so we can share our techniques, and maybe tips and stuff to make our videos and films look more professional. Who knows, we might find people to collaborate with in future projects.

    Again, this is for amateurs with little to no budget in film making. If you're a pro, we'd love to hear your input. Share away!

    Equipment used: Canon 500D with 18-55mm lens
    Editing Software used: Ulead Video Studio
    Additional info: Handheld. No tripod. No boom mic, so had to dub.

    Additional info: No tripod and no voice. We shoot most of it under one afternoon and the ending during one afternoon at school

    Additional info: No boom mic, I edited the audio in vegas

    Editing Software used: Sony Vegas pro 11.0, Adobe AE, Adobe PS, and 3DS Max
    Additional info: No external mic had to use built-in mics and no addt'l lighting Shot in One whole day. edited in 1 week So sorry if it got really washed out/ overexposed

    mga masters ask lang unta ko unsa the best camera settings to shoot video; moving camera.specially using glide..specially the focus. pwedi ba ma ang focus like the 3ccd cam? everytime i move the camera mawagtang na ang focus sa object mu-blured dayun.i used 550d.help me mga masters...salamt daan.
