Forming an accredited foundation...

after the recent success of our Outreach Program (despite the short execution time), I have been contemplating on forming a Non-Profit Foundation... I have gotten word from one of our sponsors that they will continue to support our future projects while assuring me that next time they will be giving a more substatial amount on a reguar basis... any of you have an idea on how to go about the process?



Proposed Foundation Name: iSTORYA.COM Online Community Foundation or iCOCF

Goals: Conduct various community outreach programs by way of providing the different needs of different charitable institutions as well as do projects that are in line with "Nature Preservation" and education...

Funding: Solicitation from various donors/sponsors, member pledges, as well as try to secure funding from a foreign foundation

i think you have to draft a proposal, stating your mission, vision, etc. elect some officers and have it registered sa SEC.

How about Dislove beor? I'm sure anad na to ana. I think it's a brilliant idea too. There are a lot of people who wants to help, but just don't know how. It will be a good chance for them, at least, naay foundation they can easily reach and hand in their help. And considering having access to the internet, we'd be able to reach out to those who want to help easily.

just an update, we will be joining an Accreditation Seminar @ the DSWD this 2nd week of November... after which, I'll be calling a meeting to start our next outreach program which will be carried out this December... hopefully we can cater two beneficiaries... if you can, start looking for donors na...
