@vensoy: MLM doesn't necessarily mean pyramiding. And besides, IMG is a brokerage firm, not a networking, MLM company.

yes a brokage company with a MLM style business..

    50% - MD + 10% from AMD + 20% from FL + 30% from A "hmm sounds familiar"
    40% - AMD + 10% from FL + 20% from A "hmm sounds familiar"
    30% - FL + 10% from A "hmm sounds familiar"
20% - A "you want to earn more then recruit some"

opss thats not all after you attend your first lecture/seminar which is honestly good, a person will give this (they call it survey). i like question #9 - 11
    where:

Q: Do you want to learn more about how money works and how to build a stronger financial future?
A: yes "they will teach you how to talk/recruit like the way they are posting right now"
Q: Are you interested in making more money and increasing your cash flow?
A: yes "join and they will teach you how to talk/recruit/save/invest like the way they are posting right now"
Q: Do you want to explore a new business career in the fast growing financial industry?
A: yes "oppss joining fee is only 3,700 very cheap for those who earns 12K+/month"

what if tendero lang kog mani sa kalsada nya ganahan kaayo ko mo asenso "ganahan ko mo enter ninyo" pero wala koy money para join. makatabang mo please.

please explain why it is not MLM style.

Because it is not necessary to invite people just to earn.

    What IMG offers:

*Financial management/planning lectures and trainings for free (open to everybody). You can drag your family and friends with you to IMG just to attend the lectures and yes, its not necessary for you or any of them to be members. You can attend as many times as you want. If you attend commercialized financial management seminars/lectures, it will cost you from P4T-P8T for only a day. In IMG, you get it for a lifetime.

*Members get discounts for their own personal financial needs. Instead of going to agents and other brokers, you get rebates. If you have a car, house, or whatever insurance you need, you'll get discounts through commissions. You don't need to sell to anybody because there is no quota. You'll be paid per sale.

*Members will be trained to be financial planners. This is very important because this is where most people fail. They don't know the importance of insurance and health care. They jump immediately to investments which, after some financial emergency, will be pulled out. They go back to zero. I'm not hyping health care and insurance, everybody who gets sick and have dependents need it.

The compensation plan follows an MLM scheme but that doesn't necessarily make IMG an MLM company. IMG is listed as a brokerage. And just in case your concern is if IMG is the same as those "fly by night" networking companies, no, IMG is not. Companies like Cocolife, AyalaLand, DMCI Homes, Unionbank, Kaiser, First Metro Asset, and PhilEquity will not partner up with IMG if the company's reputation is shaky.

IMG's earnings are derived from sales, not from the membership. Nothing is earned from the membership. That differs IMG from those (other) companies. That differs legit businesses from fake ones.

So why bother about the compensation plan? You can opt not to do the business and simply learn and be trained in the field of financial industry.
