MS CRM ADMINISTRATOR / SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 2-3 years of application support experience
• 1-2 years of MS SQL Server experience
• 2+ years experience working in a large, professional, fast paced environment
• Any Microsoft.net development experience is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Customer Relationship Management Administrator; MS SQL Server; NET developer; Scribe; Ad-hoc Analysis;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


JUNIOR SERVER DATABASE ADMIN
(CODE: JSDA)


Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree
- With exposure in Data Warehouse, OLTP, AIX environments
- Familiar with VMWARE, VLDB, RAC, Data guard and OEM
- With experience in server, query and application monitoring and performance tuning

Software QA Engineers (CODE: SQA APPLICANT)


Position Description:
- Software QA Engineers are responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of each company’s software.
- Software QA Engineers will primarily coordinate with the development team as our main client and to Software Releases/Project Management team.


Fundamental Duties:
- Create test plans and test cases.
- Perform Alpha, beta, regression testing, benchmark testing, and performance testing across all functional areas of our product.
- Finding, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution.
- Provide real time feedback to the development team for the test progress report.
- Provide approval to the development team and release coordinator that the product under test is free from errors and it is ready for beta or live version.


General Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree of any IT related courses
- Proficient in English in both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills required
- Must possess strong logical reasoning skills
- Meticulous and having a strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a Team
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge in PHP or MySQL is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge in JIRA/Bugzilla is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge in test automation tool is a plus
- Software testing experience a big plus
- Trainable and adaptable to change
