anyone knows a house and lot for rent with budget na 10k?


criteria.
-2-3 bed rooms, pref 3.
-with garage or lot or mini garden - any of the 3, just for the rabits
-with own gate - gate must not be common
-1 family only - "us" in when entering the premises
-dili kanang grabe ka sudlonon, f sudlonon man, at least 1-2 min walk lng to the road proper.
-bungalow or 2storey.
-quiot, labangon, capitol, guadalupe,ramos, lahug-not apas lahug or some place not so far away sa city


i will give a finders fee of 500-1000 pesos, depends to the location you give, it will only be given if mu rent m sa place.
