Tryin me hand in bacalao experimentation... So far so good, too bad I had no cilantro on hand and no potatoes too...


Used a tomato base for the sauce with some chopped tomatoes in a red wine reduction, peas and mushrooms as fillers... Hmmm... Maybe bits of Bilbao can make it more heartier and sun-dried tomatoes instead of the chopped ones...
