...it was confirmed that madam nerry soon ruiz's project in the city of mandaue was all overpriced and was left unfinished.
it was the fact that madaam nerry was pocketed the rests of the budget money of her projects in the city of mandaue.
one main problem of barangay canduman is the drainage/ concreting the roads which results to floodings. but this one project of madaam nerry was left unfinished and until now people, especially the motorists always experienced floodings and suffers.
second, is a barangay hall who was budgeted a half million pesos but then only shown a unfinished concrete and only a small posts shown...
but then mayor jonas was to the rescue bec. he finished the unfinished barangay hall and was added a 2 story of the barangay with a budget of same price as nerry budgeted her left unfinished project.
with the 2 year service of mayor jonas as a mayor in his first term he build a 7 barangay halls, were all of these are fully finished and done.
yes!!!!!to positivity.......
NO!!!!! TO NEGATIVITY AS MADAAM NERISSA DID TO THE CITY OF MANDAUE!!!!!

...motorists especially the students who are the ones affected with the floodings of canduman street..so it must be solved right away bec. It can also coz heavy traffic and accidents among individual citizens.
