tinapa o tuna nalang oy. you'll get about 18-20g of protein na plus fish oil pa. hehe!
It's expensive but it is a really good source for casein protein..

guys, i need your opinion on this. after 5 months of lifting weights, i think i would have been stronger and bigger if i had only known and followed this program. now i'm thinking of starting over and do this program instead of my current 3-day split work-out. what do you think?
