They have to laugh at us so it makes them feel smarter. I can except God and good science. Bad science will all ways come and go, but God will always be here. God and science are the something and when we evolve to the point of having an IQ of about 2,000 we might be able to answer these questions that even Einstein could not answer.
What is God?.................. Beyond our understanding and ability to explain
Where is God?................. In everything, everywhere, and at anytimes
Why is God?.....................Only he can know

That no scientist or science on this planet can begin answer these questions any better then I have just done.
But deciding not to believe in God does not excuse from your answers.

He does not answer to us, but we will still have to answer to him

let me ask you James. how is God different from Zeus? Poseidon? Athena? if you believe that God created everything, then would you accept if i tell you that Zeus, Poseidon, Athena (all mythological figures) played a huge part in humanity? again, how is God different from them? God was introduced through historical accounts same as the Greek gods. so why are we supposed to believe that God created everything and leave the other greek gods as mythological?

I would say that most pagan Gods of past cultures have had an effect on the progression of man. I was raised in the United States which is greatly influenced by Greek, Norse, Druids, and Germanic mythologies. Read them, understand them, and know their histories.

Will I turn my back on my creator because someone choose not not believe? absolutely not. The God of Abraham was known at the heyday of the Greek civilization. One of the languages of the earily scripture was Greek. What brought down the Greek Gods, whom most were accumulated by the Romans? Remember Rome's little part in the Bible stories? Less than 300 years after the Crusifiction of Christ Rome was was set of the Christian faith and all those ancient Gods where gone. The Jewish God of Abrahan and the followers of Christianity destroyed those ancient gods of lore.

I guess you are more than welcome to follow any God you want I just choose Aravat.

To be Frank I did not know who Harun Yahya or Hovind even were until I started on this Forum. I will have to look him up and read is bio. I ran across his web site and assumed from his site that he was a follower of Islam. Since Malic seem to be challenging everything I posted, quoted his qur'an and called me a bad Christian. I saw a supposed Islamic website that had similar information. So I posted it.

Did not know there were controversy around the man. I have never professed to being perfect, and have stated several times on the Forum, that everyday I fall short of God's Glory. I make mistakes.
