new hires, low qual and meek? i beg to disagree..
even when 1 is a new hire, u will never know who they really are so it is a pre judgement when u say so.

and ma low qual and meek man nah ang uban or not when u get to know them, it is their decision to be with calltek!

it also doesn't mean nga when 1 decides to stay in calltek, low qual and meek na cla.

there are people man nga dghan complaints, mga rebel in some ways but opts to stay here for some other better reasons.
there are people here nga they are super good na with this craft, and has a choice to transfer to another CCs with higher salaries but still chose to stay due to satisfaction and happiness.

high qual mo, experienced na kaayo mo sa field, naa moy daghan certs, skills and trainings, nya dili mo meek, shall i say the opposite of meek? ganahan mo mao to akong gamiton? I'd rather use meek than i use warfreak.
as ive said, imo pud nang decision na mo stay. ako tong opinion and mao to akong stand. i didnt say if you are low qual you are already dumb and not skillful. it was just low qual and not really that stupid.

Ang tagsa-tagsa kanatu naay katungud na ipagawas ang atung tagsa-tagsa usab na panglantaw sa mga butang2. Apan atu lang siguruhun na dili kita maka sakit ug dili kini makadaut sa uban.

hahay.. manginabuhi na lang ta ani ug tarung...wala tay tawu na gitamakan ug gipasakitan...wala ta nangilad.... wala ta nangawat (ug pagkaOn sa panty na dili atu) ug labi sa tanan komportable ug malipayun ta sa atung gibuhat.

hayy ako gipasabot sa low qual, dili pa kaayo experienced, gamay pag skills. i know there's no perfect company but there are better companies. of course if grabe naka'g experience like naa kay six sigma belt or sales churva mangita jud kag mas higher na pay diba? as ive said, lahi lahi ang taw and we have our own personal reasons ngano mostay sa company. and ang ako gipasabot atong meek, low qual etc kay ang new hires. someone posted na naay bag o na agents sa floor

hmmm, di ko sure ana. was hired sometime after mid 2011. low qualifications, not sure what's the bar for qualifications in your perspective. been through companies in IT park from CS/Billing to ISP Tech to VOIP to Sales within 2 years, companies that pay 5 digits for each payday.

i know naay newbie sa latest batch gkan sa 9States, which i know nice ang Tech Training kai diha ko nakat-on ADSL ug networking, i dunno if low qual na para nmu.

ganahan ko Calltek though di cya daku ug pay KAI di cya stressful ug workload. it's not always about the money... as per 9gag, You can have all the money/riches/wealth in the world but it can NEVER buy you ....

tuara... ang tawo ra jud diay nga mga high qual ang naay right maka complain ug maka question if ang tan awn nila di na jud maayo ang gibuhat sa admin? ang tawong nangitag trabaho di na sad na mag cgeg question ui kay trabaho may giapas.. mao na lang nay atupagon ang mag cgeg question sa admin, ug di ganahan sa patakaran kay undang, simple lang nah.

but anyway, ako di jud ko mo reklamo kay wala man ko gi abusaran sad, and dili man sad kapoy dri, unsa man pud nang sweldo nga sobra ka dako jud pero inig gawas nimo sa office mura nag i curse nimo nga lami di ibalik..well naay times ma disappoint ka usahay sa mga decisions nila pero di man maka affect sa ako life kaau so keverloo, basta naay trabaho and makapakaon ko sa ako pamilya. bow..

Biktima sad ko ani. Pero markado na man sad kinsay tigkuha... LOL

Anyway, if daghan buhi-onon ang taw (they need to feed their relatives and their whims / kapritso) it is only right that they search for work with better salaries. If nahan ang taw sa environment but low ang salary but still stayed, ilaha ra sad na. But then again, dili sana mang-judge.
