    hi tanan! asa ta maka buy liquid buttermilk diri cebu? ky ang sa caro and marie powdered ra then im planning to make buttermilk fried chicken, is it okay to substitute powdered sa liquid if pag marinade sa chicken ang use for buttermilk?

    powdered buttermilk not so good. better use a cup of whole milk with a tablespoon of vinegar

    naa nakahbw anang sa garde manger btw.usually pang amuse bouche.ang ako nabantayan is naa silay loto-on nga naa aspic jelly ang result ato mao ang icoat sa pagkaon..naa nakahbw sa exact na ingredients sa solution dre??wa man sa google gd ky wa jd ko kahbw sa term...

    @akosijason... galantine man cguro imo pasabut nga i coat with chaud froid ... ang coating is basically a veloute ( white stock with roux and gelatin to set it ) if wala ko masayup its 20 grams of gelatin per liter man cguro.. but i might be wrong, i research lang ang ratio.. chef tony mas sweto

    Good evening, ask lang kung unsay ingredients anang sauce sa sizzling nga bangus, parihasn gani anang sizzling bangus sa AA bbq, spicy unya tam-is tam-is. Kung naa nahibaw pwede e share....thanks

    di sad tingali margarine? i use oil, if naay extra budget i go for olive oil.. actually sa akong culinary nga class sa una, we usually use butter and olive oil at the same time. but never jud margarine.. hehe!
