    about sa pay, gamay? hahahaha wat your heart out kay pareho ra ug pay sa starting sa uban agents sa cvg. and if naa kay previous call center exp, mas maayo. naa pay mga performance bonus, mga additional if maregularized naka. pag regular nako paksit and 18.5k. karon nga TL na, di ko musilti kung pila. hehehehe ;p

    and by thew way, relax if sugtan ka nga 1 window = 1 customer and dili queueing. pero if muspike na, busy pa kas ilaga. nice lng kay pwede ka mka ask sa imo tapad, tl (nako), and mga fs. pwede sad ka mka inom2x and eat (ay lng pakita sa guard).

    Always hiring ang CVG, but ang nag-ramp karon sa Comcast kay mostly voice LOBs. Wala na kaayu ramping sa eCare chat.

    buhi.on ta ni balik nga thread bi! I had my job offer and signed the contract last May 16 for Comcast ecare acct. Mag start daw mi sa training this coming May 30 and mag wait lang daw ko ug txt nila for the schedule. Now its already May 23 but still wala pa gihapon koi nadawat nga txt from them. Do I need to comply first the non-negotiable requirements para mo txt na sila sa akong schedule? Thanks!

    Comcast COF/OE wave 5 here.... one of the best experience jud ni nako nga account... TEAM PLAH for life... daghan sd ko na chicks dri kay afghan man jud LOB sa Comcast gud... kadfa aftershift sa una kay all day tagay jud nah... walay kulba nig duty balik nigka gabie if hangover kau kah kay Non Voice lagi.. hahahaha... 5 years pud ko diha CVG... literally enjoyed the retirement/Last Pay nko... nka 100k sd ko kapin... Yawa lang kau ang tax kay almost 20k sd.. waaaaahhh

    that's one of the beauty of working in a non-voice acct. aside from less stressful or relaxed working environment. I was in voice COMCAST acct. and my 1st week on the floor, I got an earful of irate cx's because it was Super Bowl 51 that week. I left my previous cc bec. of family problem and I want to apply at cvg and I have experience in COMCAST's cable t/s or video repair.

    nag hiring 'til now ang chat support ang cvg COMCAST acct.? I don't want a voice acct. bec. I don't want to go through that stressful dealing with irate cx's (even their cable issues fixed) ever again.
