    exercise and eat healthy food..that's the way to do it.

    sauna, when i research or google how to lose weight, this is my search criteria "how to lose weight without exercise"...ky lage tapulan kaayo magpa singot..but then when the search is finished, every article i read always says that losing weight is always coupled by exercise...hahayz...

    but then there's boxing! the one sport i really enjoy..so I bought a punching bag and a good pair of gloves..started last March 1..everyday for 30 mins I hit the bag..and from 233 lbs (march 1) I am now down to 208 lbs as of this writing..im not done yet..my target is 180 lbs...and im hoping to reach that goal by end of July..

    just remember that losing weight can't be done overnight..so be patient and just keep the motivation on! we can do this!

    Some questions on my goal to lose weight....

    Which is better- cardio (strider/treadmill) or weights (dumbbells)? My goal is weight loss...I have about 30 to 45 mins a day to do some exercise...btw, i do this at home...naa koy strider ug some dumbbells sa balay...

    Sa akong strider, it would register na with 45 mins. of cardio I am expending 900 calories...I know this is not quite accurate but at least naa koy gauge...

    My weight for sometime has been 210lbs and after 4months 190lbs na ko...male, 5 feet and five inches tall...., 39 years of age...my work is in the office....

    Sa diet ko maglisod...usually, cereals or wheat bread with coffee ko morning....lunch, one cup rice and 2 ka Klasi nga sud-an (diet coke or coke zero sad kung naa)....supper, one cup rice ug 2 ka klasing sudan...

    Since I am not a veggie person, I bought a juicer and have a carrot-apple juice almost every day....

    I have also been drinking green tea (kanang leave gyud ang akong gi-gamit) with no sugar...usually, i drink it in exchange of h2o....

    kanang coke zero or pepsi max...ok na ni imnon around 3 to 4 times a week


    Am I doing this right?

    Eat foods that are high in fiber and exercise regularly. this is my secret in loosing weight.

    sayaw2 lang.effective jud kaayo..turn the radio on or gamita imong ipod...listen to tunes nga nindut isayaw2..dance lang, at least 30 mins per day..ma enjoy na ka lose weight pa...nya ayaw palabi ug rice then drink lots of water..ayaw tuu anang di mu kaon..lisud na kay dili man daw ang fats ang una i burn sa imong body for emergency energy, but your muscles.
