minimize food.. bscuit lang morning.. gmay ra rice lunch nya bscuit napud b.e..
para sakin kasi dapat ung weight loss na pinili mo ieenjoy mo.. parang ung dancing,, parang simple lang yun pero sobrang daming calories na nabuburn nun,, pati ung jogging every 30 minutes,, sobrang saglit lang na time un at every other day lang naman, ndi namn araw araw.. mga ganun kasimpleng bagay sa long term makakatulong na un.. ^^

have a buddy who has the same goal as you do. it helps to have someone by your side who can help you watch what you are doing and vice versa. tabangay mo. dungan ba kaha mog gym, or dungan ba mog pangaon. of course you can't do it 24/7 especially if geographically layo mo sa usag usa, but at least it helps to check each other para pareho mog tumong. a person who is trying reaaaally hard to lose weight but is constantly hanging out with friends who don't care about their weight, nutrition, and their eating habits (especially hingaon og daghan) is more likely to have a staggering slow result or none at all compared to someone who hangs out often with someone committed as he/she is to lose weight. hehehe
example:
1. office girl tries to lose weight and goes constantly on taebo after office hours with friends but after they exercise habit nila ang manud og fastfood og hab-hab daghan
2. mama wants to go on diet but can't resist seeing kids eat lots of the food they love, not to mention pag nag grocery apilan og lami nga high calorie foods nga para sa mga bata lang unta pero muapil lang pud og kaon kay masuya hehehe
3. guy wants to lose weight but has close friends who think vain ang magpa shape up and dili maka appreciate sa health benefits sa diet and exercise not until magsakit sila lol

Cut calories, not food. Eat 2000, not 3000.
Be sensitive about what you eat, in calories.
example!
when snacking:
1 Blueberry muffin = 436 calories.
in order to burn everything from that food, you need to do an equivalent of 1 hour of lawn mowing (example activity lang na)
meanwhile, 1 apple = 80 calories.
so makakaon man kag 2 apples, 160 calories ray total nimo na intake and easier to burn than 400++.
If you don't exercise, eat less than what you can burn.
Calories in < Calories burned = weight loss
while
Calories in > Calories burned = weight gain (example sedentary lifestyle)
know your resting metabolic rate if you don't do or you don't have time to do physical activity.
that's the number of calories you burn even when you don't do anything.

naa koy friend nga naginom of Leisure 18 nga coffee, katong lavender ang color sa edging sa individual pack. as in, naniwang jud xa and a lot in our office pod ang ni.try, then makita jud nimo ang difference. you might want to try it.
losing weight is the correct term rather than diet which is a very abused word. daghan ways para mo lose ug weight but u have to take a lot of things into consideration sad, gender, age, physical activity and if the person has underlying conditions. losing weight becomes very stressful if u put on too much pressure on it. the key here is change of lifestyle and eating habits. its not easy, never. i've been there. it has to start gradual, like i give up sa nako ang softdrinks karon, gamyan nako akong rice or replace nakog brown rice ang white rice, so on and so fort. exercise is very essential. starving is a dumb idea because the body will not metabolize any fat in that manner. u need fuel (food) to burn calories or else, ang imong muscles ang mawala. we gain weight basically because we eat too much of the wrong food packed with calories and not burning them.
here's my short but compact advice for u people out there who wanted to lost weight..
eat fruits and vegs... white meat instead of red. cereal is good for breakfast...
excercise regularly... dont over eat.. loads of fluid u know water teraphy.
self discipline is important as well as determination... in 1 month am sure u will lose weight.![]()
