    Hello mga ka.Odesk? Ask lang ko sa mga dugay na nag.work sa Odesk. Nakasuway na mo og pangayo og increase sa inyong employer? Gusto lage unta ko magpa.increase but wala pa jd ko kahangyo sa akong employer kay wa pa koy na huna2.an nga maayong approach. Heheh! Unsa kahay maayong buhaton guys? Salamat daan sa motubag.     if you are confident enough that you are providing at par services to your employer plus the tenure nimo sa projects then its justifiable ang increase.

    regular savings account lang gud. oks na cya. abli lang ug account from bpi, go for the gold naka kai wai charge ang bpi sama sa uban nga banks.

    Di nimo humanon ang project or humana ang project? Pila jud d.i duration ani na contract? Mao nakapangutana ko kay naa man gud more than 6 months na contract din kung part time jud kaau sya ang client mag set ug weekly limit na 10 hours or less pero on going na sya. Every week lang na na limit. Try to ask sa client lang pud kun naa pa ba sya lain ipabuhat nimo din mas maau na sya ang moend sa contract kung nahuman na ang project. Di man pud bitaw na makaapekto sa imo bid kun naa ka existing contract kay pwede man ka modawat ug lain na contract bisan naa na ka existing contract.
