definitely, it wud never be named 'mall of asia'. SM officials only said it wud be similar in size to mall of asia. but initially, unlike mall of asia, the planned mall in srp wud be built gradually by phases just like the sm city cebu where the north wing was only recently added. the population of cebu cannot sustain the economic viability of a mall that big.
