We all dream and still dreaming to make a worthwhile Cebuano movie. Sine Sugbu, a cebuano indie filmmakers organization, is still in the process of registration (legal aspects of group formation) and you know it is not easy to contain a group in a short span of time. But we are working on it and come a time that the revival of Cebuano film industry will become a reality.

And by the way, sorry for the unreplied posts since a similar topic is posted in the TV and Movies section of this forum.

I need volunteers for a small budget film " Magellan and Lapu-Lapu the battle of mactan" film.. I need volunteers must have their own money/provission to spend for a month in a desserted island. Do you think it is possible? The shoot will be on a private beach island not accessible to public. Any comments?

Cebuano volunteer actors are really hard to find these days.....I was also scouting for one but never got a favorable reply.....

i'm gonna do some mindreading here; i know what the filmmaker's group wants!

- an thin, slim, tall-assed actor who has a visible jawline; someone who looks like michael biehn; Cebuano version. someone who also has vulnerability to him.

- a pretty actress age 19 - 25

- a middle aged member from the forums. but the middle aged dude also ahs to look a little bit tough. a la Max Von Sydow or Jon Voight...

- Two 23 year old guys

- and a girl. (23 also)
