If you need an exact copy of a previously filed and processed tax return and all attachments (including Form W-2), you should complete Form 4506 (PDF), Request for Copy of Tax Return. Mail the form to the address in the instructions, along with a $50.00 fee for each tax year requested. Make your check or money order payable to the "United States Treasury." Copies are generally available for returns filed in the current and past six years. Copies of jointly filed tax returns may be requested by either spouse and only one signature is required. Allow 75 calendar days to receive your copies.

Was the distinguished gentleman from Sarangani given ample period to disprove the assessment made by BIR?

Or was the warrant of distraint issued overnight?

"Once na may notice of garnishment na ipinadala ang BIR, 'yung mga bangko hindi na papayagang mag-withdraw ang sinumang account holder base doon sa notice,"

Sometime in June: BIR did issue a warrant of garnishment (to 22 banks) last June but only 13 banks responded to the warrant. The BIR learned from two banks that Pacquiao has a total of about P1.1 million in deposits.
October 17: BIR served the Warrant of Distraint and Levy on October 17, the same day it served a letter increasing the assessments to P3.2 Billion due to the imposition of additional penalties and interest
October 18: Pacquiao's lawyers ... filed on October 18 this year an Urgent Motion to Lift Warrants of Distraint & Levy and Garnishment and for the Issuance of an Order to Suspend Collection of Tax (with a Prayer for the Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order)
Two weeks before the fight: Pacquiao’s lawyer, Nonoy Rojas, said they already knew of the freeze order two weeks ago but decided not to inform Pacquiao so he would not be distracted in his preparations for his fight against Brandon Rios last November 24.

This means, it is PacMan's lawyers who knew about the freeze order and ought not to inform him about it. Thus when he withdraws money, he then cried foul that he can't access any of his bank accounts as those were frozen.

Based sa dates I presented above, na served ang warrant and ni take affect ang pag freeze sa iyang bank accounts before sa fight. And what if he decides not to fight? Impossible because that would be a big loss in his part. Naa pa sya tax due sa BIR, ma kiha sa pa sya sa Top Rank.
