having a centralize system on distribution is actually a good idea, and it works... however preventing NGO giving relief good directly is a bad idea.. infact any politician preventing it can be charged administratively in the ombudsman....

if they like dont politicians behind red cross then perhaps they should put people that is not in anyway connected to politics... they should put the priest.... *errrr on second thought better not...*

with or without gordon, the Red Cross exists..

with relief goods for the people of Maribojoc, evasco exists.. and everything have to pass under his nose!

bisan pag last termer na si mayor or unsa, dili sad gihapon ta kaingon nga
dili na siya mamolitika.. mas mopili pa ko sa RC kaysa sa LGU. Known na ang
RC sa ilahang pagtabang, kaysa sa LGU nga known sad sa binoang.

I thought the NDRRMC was already the centralized system for disaster relief? If so, then the LGU politicians really should stay out of it as it's not really within their purview. I read a newspaper article today where the Comelec warns politicians running for election to stay out of the relief efforts (and that Mayor Evasco should stay out of it as well, as he runs the risk of being charged for vote buying), and that relief efforts should be organized by the NDRRMC with the aid and supervision of the Red Cross. Opinions regarding the alleged politicking of relief efforts aside, having the NDRRMC/Red Cross take over the relief efforts sounds like a good idea to me. After all, isn't the NDRRMC the Philippine counterpart for America's FEMA? That's exactly what FEMA does, so it makes sense for the NDRRMC to take a similar role.

my opinion mo uyon ko sa gibuhat sa mayor. siya may leader sa municipality gud so dapat naa siya control.
and i think the centralized distribution system ang iya way. mas dili man gud gubot if naay systema.

ang naka apan lang gyud kay nag ka clash ilang principle lahi ang redcross ug lahi sad sa mayor. pero sa akong tan-aw ang red cross may ni epal gud (not in a bad way ha). the mayor was organizing everything para ma okay balik iyang town.
murag if ikaw naa kay gibuhat nga focus kaayo ka unya naay certain variables out of nowhere nga ni pop up nga maka gubot sa imong ideas/plan / techniques. di ba mag lagot sad ka.
