careful sa mga bread today nga labeled as "wheat". it doesn't really mean nga it's healthy if there's wheat on the label. go for 100 percent whole wheat or whole grain.
kanang gardenia nga wheat bread(green plastic) kay grabe ka misleading. although it's supposedly "wheat", tan-awa ang ingredients, dghan kaayo. according to michael pollan (author of omnivore's dilemma), try eating food nga your grandmother recognizes the ingredients or anything with less than 5 ingredients. ang gardenia bread dghan kaayo ug additives kay fortified man daw.
Mais... corn grits.. mas cheaper gamay
Oatmeal, fruits, vegetable, red/brown rice and camote.![]()
