I totally agree nimu madame. I don't know sa uban pero para naku, a lady must be treated with utmost respect and a gentleman must be brave enough to talk to her and politely start a conversation then probably invite her for coffee and ask for her number later on. This usually works for me coz makita man gud sa babae nga edukado ka na pagkatao and ga respeto jud ka niya.
