govt website is not hosted by the govt.... they are just using 3rd party commercial web hosting... s karong wala pay webhost nag offer ug effective nga anti-ddosing feature usually it requires another server to do that... basin nag too ka that this people just target any site then they are in? no its not that easy.... its tedious task... while ddosing is very easy... breaking is another story...

its not the layer or way of the attack bro. its the impact towards the government in relation sa ordinary citizen.

Its the message, even its a simple ddos attack or defacement pra sa ordinaryo nga tao, which 95% of all internet users wa gani kabalo unsay ddos. ma shock konohay, vulnerable ang government or in a sense.
