daghan road projects sa time ni Marcos, and during my younger years, im a witness to that... ako dad was a project engineer.. ang mga dump truck e dump 3 or 4 times, unya kwentahon nga 3or4 dump trucks.. ang labas, ang usa ka dump truck mo cost 3 or 4 times... hahaha...
