O.T. since you already started this thread can you give as some tips on how to run a piggery bizniz, or anyone out there can give some info.. like how many max. pigs can accommodate to that certain max. area/cage/fence. The feed you used the pig breed and etc.... the info posted will highly appreciated..

Please consider the following information before starting a swine enterprise:
a) where to market your animal?
b) location of your farm (if near residential, market place, water source, road proximity, etc.)
c) financial consideration (initial capital: P80T/sow needed for the 1st yr of implementation of the farm. This includes cost of the sow, feeds, biologies, building and equipment for all classes of animals)
Building of equipment: P 40T/sow
Feeds: at most P 30/day/sow
Gilts(7 mos old) costs P9,500
Boar costs: P20,000 - P30,000
Medicines and vaccines: 3% of the total cost of feed

mao lage unta akong plan piglets una ang buhi-on pero na short man ko kay nag build paman gud ko siptek tank para bio-gas, ang place nya para piggery walay probs..
