Joseph Estrada, Juan Ponce Enrile, Wigberto Tañada, Teofisto Guingona, Victor Ziga, Ernesto Maceda, Agapito Aquino, Orlando Mercado, Rene Saguisag, Jovito Salonga, Aquilino Pimentel Jr and Sotero Laurel.

Each of them shares full responsibility for a decision that severely weakened the security of the Philippines. Even now they proudly assert their infamous decision was the right thing to do, yet they would still run hypocritically to the USA for assistance in dealing with China.
