Advantages of Having your own Business
- u are ur own boss
- u keep the net profit of the business
- flexible time (it depends)
- u are in control (but still not all aspects)
-heartbreaks will make you mature
- you will develop certain set of values

Disadvantage:

- Labor Codes. Minimum wage alone will discourage people to start business.
- u face all the risks.
- Government red tapes and occassional tthreats
- 80% chance to fail even at the very first month of business operation
- mental, physical, and spiritual challenging
- u need to do a lot of math
- often times, first business ventures are for experience purposes even at heavy costs
- even if time is flexible, you will find that your work time is beyond a 9-5 schedule. You have to work 24/7 often times.
- Effort will not guarantee reward unlike in employment.
- you will fight for every possible peso you can keep
- Government will be your next biggest problem
- you have to pay certain amounts even if you suffer heavy losses
- You will be exposed to the negative nature of man
- Misinformation is very common. If you are gullible, good luck.
- most of the time, you have to sacrifice your self for long periods of time just to know if it is still worth doing business.
- And when the business gets going, you will realize you still can't relax.
