Think of it this way, how will those big players operate properly without its underlings. The idea is not to "kill all criminals" but to create a deterrence for the petty criminals to do crime. Still, I agree that law enforcement needs to fry the bigger fishes, though I know naay mga big fish nga na hit sad aning operation. i'm not saying we should just resort to vigilantism forever, but it is a reasonable option considering the situation of crime in the Philippines.

but davao is really a safe place, just dont be a criminal. ^_^

Our entire clan from my mother's side are from Davao. For a common Davaoeño, bilib gyud ka ni Digong but in reality he only pry on small fishes. The bigtime syndicates and scions of rich clans, di ni niya kaya.

BIGTIME syndicates are not that easy to be caught and everyone else knows that.. but if that big syndicates will be caught I'm sure dili pud na sila lun-an ug kulata sa mga DUTERTE..
