kuwang pa to bai.. you should have acted more like "can i ask a pair of scissors? dont worry i will not stab you.." then cut the card into 2 pieces. "I will leave this half to you. Cancel the card coz its unusable already. I will take the other half with me. This piece will remind me i've already cut your service." haha

ako sige kog apply ug CC para sa alp business wa usa rajud ang nilusot... ngigas BPI no... Get a credit card, no application needed.... hopefully dili pud tana ingani ang BDO... hoping lang kay basin maka dawat sad kog billing unya...

Okay raman na hatagan ka ug Credit Card bisan pila pana kabuok dinha.
Basta dili lang nimo e activate, wala ka man mabayaran ana...
Kong imo pod siya e activate nya dili nimo gamiton...of course, byad gyod ka sa annual fee nila.

Kay some banks, mohatag na sila nimo credit card if naa kay deposit nga daku pod.
Ang uban pod if naa kay existing credit card, ang uban bank pod padalhan nalang ka ug credit card sa lain nga bank, mahibong nalang ka nga naa kay credit card maabot nga wala ka mag apply...labi na if good payer ka sa credit card.

Nice marketing strategy

1. They will offer you a credit card with annual fee waived for the first year.
2. After a year, an annual fee will appear in your bill supposedly for the second year of usage collected in advance.
3. After a month or so, you will be offered an upgrade e.g. from blue to gold with annual fee waived for the first year (this comes with a higher annual fee).

Please note that you have just paid the annual fee for the second year (#2) for the blue and you can't enjoy a real "free" first year use of the gold card.

Why are they collecting the annual fee for the second year in advance , if you may ask? In case you would want to discontinue using it, you have already paid a full year of use and the "loss" would not be substantial and the "free" is only a fraction of a year.

For me, the best time to cancel a credit card is a month before your anniversary as a card holder, also true when doing upgrades unless there's an urgent need. I refused an upgrade offered by a BPI agent after I paid the annual fee.
