    Yeah.. Very easy to get in but once you're in, you can't wait to get out.. Their targets are way above what you can handle and the management sucks big time. Trust me, look for another day job.. You can't get incentives unless you pass EVERYTHING - one fail means 0 incentives and it's not very easy to pass one metric, the target alone is too high.. It is not engineering firm, it is a company that reports on construction projects in AU and NZ. You have to talk with contacts from these countries, and all your updates depend on them.

    What's sad is that they do not give consideration to the effort that you've thrown in in finding updates. They just see your numbers and your numbers alone.

    i suggest you look for another company if you are concern about the management since their management really sucks..

    Every month ga hire dili tungod kay dako ang need for production or ga expand but tungod kay daghan kaayo ang ga resign.


    Mao niy makuha nimo:

    Basic Pay - pare-pareha sa starting rate sa Convergys. dako ang increase as soon as maregular ka.
    Monthly Incentives - depende sa imong metric. And mas taas imong level sa researcher mas dako imo makuha but taxable
    Quarterly incentives - if makapasa ka sa metrics for straight 3 months
    Attendance bonus
    Medical Insurance - walay labot dependent but free jud ni. wala kay bayran
    12 days VL ug 12 days SL (not convertible to cash)
    Enjoy all PH Holiday
    No Sat/Sun
    Work sched: 0700-1600
    2 week christmas vacation
    Birthday holiday
    Birthday bonus- igo maka palit kag 4-5 boxes sa gamay nga albertos pizza

    Bonus: Free access sa networking sites except lang sa IG. Blocked pud ang video streaming.

    Pero ang resulta ana, GRABE KA STRESS! Murag drag me to hell everyday. Ug inconsistent kaayo ang policies. Metric is too high. Dili balance ang work load.
