If your gonna talk about Combat performance, Number 1 on the list will be the F15. ZERO f15s have ever been shot down since combat service on the 2000s.

I don't know where you got your sources 'bout ZERO F15s being shot down
actually there were 2 being shot down during the gulf war and also there are also a couple of unofficial reports.
also you might want to note that the US, also, has this reputation of concealing reports of their aircrafts being shot down.

Also there are quite a few of F15 mishaps, crashes, training accidents..and just recently one went down due to mechanical failure.

Though it's still safe to assume the F15 is one of the world's best combat worthy & tested aircrafts

OP. your uncle is one of the contributor of brain drain in the philippines. anyway its normal for other companies (better offer) to pirate from other "best companies". corruption is everywhere sa gusto nimo ug dili. US has its own problems with corruption. also japan grabe ilang corruption. but it would be so easy to judge diri nga kita ang pinaka corrupt kay wa pman mo ka ad2 sa lain nasud para ma compare.
